All auctions on this site are listed by ourselves, or by registered members of the site. We screen all sellers to make sure they are, who they say they are, so as to avoid fraudulent listings. This screening process enables you to bid with confidence. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that every listing is genuine so if you do suspect a listing to be fraudulent, please let us know about it straight away, and if we cannot verify it to be genuine, it will be removed from the site. Catalogue returns are simply items that have been purchased by a customer, and then sent back to the catalogue company, or high street retailer, for many different reasons. The items may have been delivered late, they may have been damaged during transit, or they may have parts missing. On many occasions however, returns occur because the customer does not like the item, or because it is not what they thought it was. These catalogue returns are then sold to us, who then sell them on to trade stock buyers who will check, and if needed repair the items before re-sale. This simply means that pallets or containers will include both damaged and perfect x catalogue stock, the amount of each will vary on every load.
